The LDAC Foundation, along with members of the LDAC Kappa League, provided support to Because One Matters to help organize their storage unit. The storage unit is used by the local non-profit to house toy, supplies, food and clothing for children being raised in foster care.
Andrea Barclay, Because One Matters President stated, “we want to give a big thanks to the men and young men from LDAC for doing such as great job. We love being able to provide toys to foster youths for celebrations. Your support and donations make a big difference in the lives of the children we serve.
“We are happy to support other civic minded organization in the community who want to make a difference in the lives of children in the community. Exposure our Kappa Leaguers to opportunities to give back is an important part of their development as men”, said Steve Dowdley, President of the LDAC Foundation.
